Group Classes

From  Yoga to Pilates to Zumba, there's one to fit your goals. Chances are,  there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed  with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you. 

Weight/Strength Training

We have all the equipment to meet your strength trainging needs. Free weights, weight machines and battle ropes will give you a great workout.

Cardio

You won't need to sit around waiting for a free treadmill or elliptical to open up. We have plenty of cardio machines that will work up a good sweat. Including stairmaster, Helix and rowing machines.

Personal Training Services

At  Ladies Movement, you can discuss your fitness goals/objectives with a  Personal Trainer* and prepare a personalized fitness plan that works for  you and your schedule. The Personal Trainer will begin with a  personalized Fitness Assessment to identify your baseline information  (health risks, body fat%, etc.) and use that information to tailor a  fitness plan that will best achieve your goals and objectives.

*Personal Trainer sessions are not included with memberships and are billed at $30/

Massage Therapy

Improve muscle recovery and enjoy a  30 or 60 minute massage from our Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).  Private massage sessions are available by appointment only. Please call  the club to schedule yours today! 

Kids Klub

Don't worry about leaving the kids  to come enjoy your workout - just bring them with you!  Our large  supervised Kids-Klub area will keep your children busy and safe and  sound while you get your workout in. Add on the unlimited Kids-Klub  package to any membership for only $15/month. 

Spinning/Cycling

The spin room will get your blood a pumpin!  Enjoy one of the many spin classes from beginner to advanced levels and feel those calories begin to melt away  .
